Changeri is a wild herb that grows naturally without needing to be cultivated. But beyond its humble appearance, it has impressive health benefits. Scientists and Ayurvedic experts believe this little plant can help protect against several diseases, including cancer, arthritis, and heart problems.
According to the Central Council for Research in Ayurvedic Sciences (CCRAS), Changeri is traditionally used to treat ailments such as:
- Irritable bowel syndrome
- Diarrhea
- Piles
- Skin diseases
And much more. This grass is considered a natural, free medicine with powerful healing properties.
